Coach with management skills

We are looking for a volunteer to assist our director with:
- professionalizing the organisation and the team
- setting up the new MPowering People Junior project for young people who have completed their education.

You have:
- experience coaching people
- excellent management skills.

Psychologist/remedial educationalist

We are looking for a volunteer who has been educated and trained in working with street children with behavioural problems and who would like to share their knowledge with our enthusiastic team.

The following applies for all vacancies:
You:
- have always dreamt of working with a development organisation
- are a pioneer
- are enthusiastic, independent, enterprising and committed
- can transfer your knowledge to local specialist and work with them
- are persistent, have great organizational skills and a sense of humour
- want to contribute to the future of street children
- speak Spanish or can easily pick up a foreign language (in Nicaragua)
- have what it takes to make a huge difference in our small organisation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for your flight, training and stay. We are able to provide you with a place to stay and eat (for about $ 50 a week) and Spanish lessons (for about $ 4 an hour).
